“I found Jonathan Goodwin’s website during a Google search after my firm received a concerning letter from the our regulator. Before dealing with it I wanted to seek advice on likely outcomes and ways to respond. I completed his online form and he called me later that day – on a weekend. I was already impressed. I was naturally anxious about the impact it could have on my career but he talked me through the scenarios and best ways forward and put my mind at ease.

He assisted in drafting a lengthy response to the regulators queries in time for the deadline. We heard back fairly quickly and the matter was closed without any further investigation. “ I was referred to Jonathan by a former colleague / friend who had faced similar false allegations made by an opponent Solicitor which whilst totally unfounded led to an investigation by the SRA.
